Slate 15 will be coming shortly.
:xurkitree: :kartana: Slate 15: Finale Frenzy:shuckle: :deoxys-speed:
Restrictions will work a bit differently for this slate, as instead of selecting specific Pokemon to be eligible for each category, ALL Pokemon are legal to choose from in every category. Instead, the stats on each mon are restricted (for example one sub category will be that the highest stat must be Atk, SpA, etc.)

We will have 5 different categories.

1) Highest stat must be Attack
2) Highest stat must be Defense
3) Highest stat must be Special Attack
4) Highest stat must be Special Defense
5) Highest stat must be HP OR Speed

Please bold the according stat so we know what category each Pokémon fits into easier. I’d also recommend subbing mons here that would fit well into the meta while not being overly meta-defining, as this is our final slate.
NOTE: If two Poketypos of the same Pokémon win in two different categories, the one with the higher votes will make it into the mod, while the other will not, and instead the Poketypo with the next highest votes will win the category.
Happy subbing!

Original Pokemon: Zamazenta

Type: Steel
Category: Special
Base Power: 100
Accuracy: 100
Max PP: 8
Effects: No additional effect.
Flags: None
Description: The user's ores shine brilliant, blinding colors.

Height: 3.1 m
Flavor / Explanation: zamazenta with a shield made of ores and stone
Competitive Role: stat stick monster with an atrocious typing that is somehow… not the worst in this meta? Poison types are very common, this has a great time switching into those. Unfortunately, ground types are also very common, as are fighting types, but steel can hit those neutrally. Becomes an even more terrifying wallbreaker under sand with Sand Force. Really hard to get on the field, but the payoff can be giant. Even more so in Sand. Just watch those grounds and fightings. Meteor Beam allows for sweeping, but could run Paleo Wave and Specs instead.
tldr big dog is a wallbreaker/sweeper that is really hard to get on the field but makes the payoff worth it

Original Pokemon: Flygon
New Pokemon: Flydawn
Type: Bug/Fairy
Abilities: Shield Dust/-/Punk Rock
Stats: 85/112/85/88/65/85
Weight: 15.0 kg
+ Dazzling Gleam, Draining Kiss, Moonblast, Morning Sun, Play Rough, Pounce, Quiver Dance, Skitter Smack, Spirit Break
- all Dragon moves, all Fire moves
Flavour: Cicada
Role: Mainly a defogger and pivot, has the option to go Quiver Dance and throw off Punk Rock Bug Buzzes and Boombursts.

Original Pokemon: Sceptile
New Pokemon: Cragtile
Type: Rock/Dragon
Abilities: Solid Rock/-/Skill Link
Stats: 75/99/111/80/65/100
Weight: 520 kg
+ Meteor Beam, Power Gem, Rock Blast, Scale Shot, Stone Edge
- all Grass moves except Bullet Seed
Flavour: Rocky dragon, maybe the kind that shoots blood out its eyes (you know the one).
Role: Mainly SD + Scale Shot, though you could try DD too.

Original Pokemon: Hydreigon
New Pokemon: Crydreigon
Type: Ice/Rock
Abilities: Snow Warning
Stats: 92/95/95/115/95/108
Weight: 800.0 kg
+ Blizzard, Freeze Dry, Ice Spinner, Meteor Beam, Power Gem, Roost
- all Dark moves, all Dragon moves, all Fire moves
Flavour: Icicles on its back in place of wings, the heads on its side have icicles hanging from the mouths.
Role: Snow setter, while also having an offensive presence. Ice/Rock/Ground is good coverage. Will have to be weary of strong priority since its typing is defensively awful.

Original Pokemon: Meloetta
New Pokemon: Hallowetta
Type: Ghost/Dark (Vigil), Ghost/Fairy (Requiem)
Abilities: Perish Body
Stats (Vigil): 90/77/128/100/128/77
Stats (Requiem): 90/77/77/128/100/128
Weight: 6.5 kg
+ Assurance, Dark Pulse, Hex, Knock Off, Moonblast, Night Shade, Play Rough, Shadow Sneak, Sparkling Aria, Taunt, Torch Song, Will-o-Wisp
- all Fighting moves
Flavour: Guardian of the departed, wears a black veil, comforts the dead, not malevolent
Role: Start off as a bulky tank, force out physical set-up sweepers like Throg with Perish Body. Unlike base Meleotta which has to decide between physical or special sets, Halloweta can solely run special moves on both formes, though it has to give up a turn to Relic Song into its stronger, faster, frailer Requiem forme.

Original Pokemon: Kartana
New Pokemon: Arctana
Type: Ice/Rock
Abilities: Beast Boost
Stats: 71/83/67/113/109/127
0.1 kg
+ Ice Spinner, Icicle Crash, Ice Beam, Blizzard, Power Gem, Meteor Beam, Rock Slide, Stone Edge, Rock Blast, Icicle Spear, Bulldoze, Stomping Tantrum, Icy Wind, Powder Snow, Rock Tomb, Mud Shot, Aura Sphere
- Smart Strike, Iron Defense, all Grass moves, Fury Cutter, X-Scissor
Flavour: A very weirdly shaped snowflake, similar in shape to Kartana
Role: Fast attacker with terrible defensive typing, limited coverage, and physically frail. Steels and bulky Waters can switch in well, while strong priority users like Wugtrio and Judowoodo threaten to revenge kill. Still a potent sweeper with Meteor Beam + Beast Boost.

This meta was a pleasure to be a part of and contribute to, and I enjoyed making submissions for this, so for old times sake, one last time, five* new subs. And for an extra challenge ima slot these guys in the same slots they were in before, and keep em applicable. Why not.

:blissey: HP or Speed :regieleki:

:sv/dragapult: :gholdengo:

Full Metal Body, Heatproof, Analytic
+Make It Rain, Steel Beam, Flash Cannon, Iron Head, Encore, Spikes, Taunt, Clanging Scales
-All Ghost Moves
Role: Fast Support, Hazard Setter. Dragalloy possesses great speed and bulk combined with a phenomenal defensive typing and solid utility, meaning it is a great support Pokémon, being able to switch into many moves from top threats and cripple them with encore or thunder wave, set hazards, pivot, etc. It is fairly passive however but with the option of stakeout and high base power stabs, if it forces a Mon out through say encore it can capitalize off that as well. It’s fairly checked by most steels however less they switch into a fire blast, but this Pokémon likely lacks space to slot that anyway. But yeah a fast scream tail -esque support Mon, lacking recovery and longevity but able to disrupt and be a useful tool throughout a game.
Flavor: A metallic Dragapult, an amalgam of different metals and minds, what can best be described as an alchemical abomination, yet a passive creature all throughout. A remnant and reminder of man’s influence on the world that lurks in unwanted areas. It lurks in the shadows as it does not wish to be seen yet it contains a level of power that truly sets it apart as a man made menace.

:heracross-mega: ATTACK :kartana:

Iron Fist, Stamina
Drain Punch, Fire Punch, Ice Punch, Thunder Punch, Bullet Punch, Mach Punch, Bulk Up, Agility, Headlong Rush, Body Press, Close Combat, Superpower, Focus Blast, Aura Sphere, Hydro Pump
-Swords Dance, all dragon moves except dual chop, all biting moves
Role: Offensive Nuke, Tons of great qualities like iron fist, bunch of punch move, solid speed tier, bulk up, and pretty much everything you could ask for in an offensive Mon. Kinda snuffed by Flyings without stone edge and most faries can deal with it in some capacity, but it’s a very dangerous sweeper with a wide toolkit, and importantly a fast fighting which our meta somehow still lacks.

:steelix-mega: DEFENSE :aggron-mega:
This one doesn’t exist I fell asleep last night before I could do it sorry

:blacephalon: SPECIAL ATTACK :mewtwo-mega-y:

:sv/iron-moth: :farfetchd:

Quark Drive, Aroma Veil
+ Scald, Hydro Steam, Leaf Storm, Soft Boiled, Roost, Hurricane, Hydro Pump, Steam Eruption, Taunt, Pollen Puff, Rage Powder, Wave Crash, Power Whip, Brave Bird, Air Slash, Tailwind, Terrain Pulse, Weather Ball, Stun Spore, Thunder Wave, Powder
- Fiery Dance, Dazzling Gleam, Bug Buzz, Overheat, Flame Charge, Flare Blitz,
Role: Fast Special Attacker, Offensive Pivot. Iron Broth possesses a great speed stat and spatk stat, allowing it to outspeed much of the meta, fire water grass coverage, steam eruption as incredible water stab that’s hella spammable, just a lot of really good attributes rolled into a mon.
Lore: Paradox Farfetch’d, a futuristic robotic chef wielding a massive soup pot and stirring spoon. The duck itself is designed for the purpose of cooking for people and being a masterful chef, and it’s skills in that regard are nothing to scoff at, but in combat it creates much more volatile recipes, ones that scorch the opponents at high temperatures, hit them with blasts of wind, or even using various elemental forms of coverage. A fearsome foe and spectacular chef rolled into one.

:shuckle: SPECIAL DEFENSE :regice:

:swsh/regice: :scovillain:
Aroma Veil, Harvest

+Giga Drain, Solar Beam, Power Whip, Energy Ball, Leaf Storm, Volt Switch, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Thunder Shock, Leafage, Leaf Blade, Wild Charge, Fire Blast, Flamethrower, Overheat, Sunny Day, Synthesis, Calm Mind, Spicy Extract, Leech Seed, Thunder Wave, Stun Spore
-All Ice Moves, Rock Polish
Role: Hella strong special breaker and special wall. Plays similarly to thundurus-therian, either spamming volt switches or setting up to rip through teams, though it heavily struggles to hit dragons, and is weak to most common attackers like threads, avian, and big poison, also has 80/140 special bulk and reliable recovery so it’s a very useful special wall too.
Flavor: Spice Regi, bro is the spices and herbs.

Competitive Role: Grassy Terrain time. With all the Grounds we're getting, Mespring can ease up the attacks while also being a revenge killer. It has Drain Punch to deal with Steel and Ice types too.
Flavour: It is actually a stone statue of Mesprit, seeming to be inhabited by a Pokemon that endlessly extends its flower covered vines out to move and attack.

Type: Steel/Ground
Stats: 90/130/65/35/110/70 (BST: 500)
Abilities: Mold Breaker/Earth Eater | Engine Wash
The user is inmune to Water type moves, and when hit by one, raises its Speed by 1+ (Water type Motor Drive)

Movepool Changes: -Counter, Pin Missile, Throat Chop, Low Kick, Bullet Seed, Shadow Claw, Body Slam, Iron Defense, Reversal, Night Slash, Struggle Bug, Pounce, Bug Buzz, Trailblaze, Focus Blast, Brick Break
+Iron Head, Rock Slide, Headlong Rush
Weight: 80kg
Flavor/Explanation: This Pokemon helps humans by using its giant head claw to demolish old buildings, or destroy trees in the way of new ones, with its inmense strengh it can brute force through the hardest of steels. Name comes from Heracross/Heracles + Bulldoze/Bulldozer
Competitive Role:
The guy is back for a last chance! After getting 2nd place twice, and then 3rd, i thought that it would be interesting to give it another chance at the metagame! It is now a slow, specially bulky wallbreaker, with the capability of running Life Orb, Choice Band or most importantly AV, with a huge attack stat, and strong moves like STAB Iron Head and EQ/Headlong Rush, Close Combat, Stone Edge, Rock Slide and Megahorn, while having access to Spikes to eliminate any passive matchups it has, and has access to crucial inmunities to Ground or Water and Poison, with its Water type being special since it lets it switch in on the many offensive water types on the meta, and take the kill on them if it has enough speed after the boost, but has some major weaknesess, it has a poor speed and defense, which lets it be easily ko'd by most physical attackers on the tier, even with neutral damage, it is also easy to chip down without Wish support, and very vulnerable to burns

Flavor: fairy zeraora

Some resubs, maybe new stuff later. I really like these guys

Original Pokemon: Arboliva
New Pokemon: Arbeliever
Type: Fairy / Dark
Abilities: Ritual Chants / Berserk (HA)
Ritual Chants: Sets up effects of Lucky Chant on switch in.
Stats: 78 / 59 / 60 / 105 / 99 / 109
Weight: Same as Arboliva
Movepool Changes:
+ Dark Pulse, Foul Play Knock Off, Lash Out, Sucker Punch, Draining Kiss, Moonblast, Spirit Break, Healing Wish, Mystical Fire
- All grass moves except Strength Sap, Pollen Puff

Height: Same as Arboliva
Flavor / Explanation: Then I saw her face! Now I’m Arbeliever! Arboliva, but in a cult.
Competitive Role: Fast Special breaker with cool anti crit ability for whole team. Has lots of utility, but not much bulk, so playing defensive could be tricky.

Original Pokemon: Flygon
New Pokemon: Whygon
Type: Psychic/Flying
Abilities: Oblivious/Unaware (HA)
Stats: 100/60/75/95/120/70
Weight: Same as base
Movepool Changes:
+ Psychic, Psyshock, Psybeam, Hurricane, Chatter, Nasty Plot
- All ground type attacks, all dragon type attacks except for Draco Meteor
Height: Same as base
Flavor / Explanation: A Flygon that began to question everything it knew, causing it to gain new abilities. It became a philosopher, changing its type to psychic and flying, as these are the types with the most moves that can confuse. It keeps Draco Meteor because it dabbles in astrology much like some famous philosophers. Also gets some Stab flying and psychic attacks, mostly ones that can confuse, because philosophy is confusing.
Competitive Role: Special Wall, Defensive Pivot, Special Sweeper? (Nasty Plot)

:ss/Nidoking: :gholdengo:
Original Pokemon: Nidoking
New Pokemon: Nidobling
Type: Dark/Steel
Abilities: Good as Gold
Stats: 101 / 75 / 77 / 112 / 75 / 65
Weight: Base weight + 100 kilograms
Movepool Changes:
+ Flash Cannon, Make It Rain, Dark Pulse, Spikes, Nasty Plot, Parting Shot
Height: Same as base
Flavor / Explanation: Nidoking turned to a life of crime, mafia stuff, and became very rich and powerful. It used its newfound cash to commit more crime and purchase all sorts of expensive jewelry. Special attack boost from since its power comes from influence rather than physical prowess. HP buff from the increased life span from all the hired thugs taking hits for it. The speed drop is from the increased weight of gold chains slowing it down. No removed moves because having lots of coverage for your weaker attacking stat is what Nidoking has been doing since the physical special split.
Competitive Role: Nidobling has all sorts of coverage and options for sets, Hazard Setter, Pivot, Sweeper, Wallbreaker, there are so many options for sets. Even within these sets, there many options for different types of coverage. Only downside is that all stats are kind of mid, and the low speed isn’t great.
Ok lemme start subbing again for the last slate

Let’s start with a resub tho lmao (SpAtk)
Type: Rock / Dragon
: Rough Skin, Fortitude
Fortitude: Special Guts lol
Stats: 95 HP / 45 Atk / 112 Def / 125 SpA / 80 SpD / 83 Spe (540 BST)
Weight: 140 kg
Movepool Changes
+ Power Gem, Meteor Beam, Ancient Power, Stealth Rock, Sandstorm, Draco Meteor, Dragon Breath, Dragon Pulse, Dragon Tail, Earth Power
- N/A (I’m lazy)
Height: 5’6
Flavor / Explanation: Had to be rock before it was magma, baby (Cragby —> Cragmar —> Cragmortar)
Competitive Role: Pretty straightforward special wallbreaker with a solid and unique defensive type (we could use more rock mons lol). Run EP or FB for coverage, or use this as a bulky Stealth Rock mon.
Original Pokémon: Empoleon
New Pokémon: Ampoleon

Abilities: Guts / Defiant (HA)
Stats: 84 / 116 / 108 / 81 / 81 / 60 | 530
Weight: 88 kg
Movepool Changes:
+ Icicle Crash, Ice Punch, Ice Shard, Wild Charge, Thunder Punch, Spark, Close Combat, Drain Punch, Brick Break, Blizzard, Ice Beam, Freeze-Dry, Aurora Beam, Powder Snow, Thunder, Thunderbolt, Discharge, Volt Switch, Shock Wave, Thunder Shock, Focus Blast, Snowscape, Electric Terrain, Thunder Wave, Bulk Up
- All Water and Flying-type moves, Toxic
Flavor: Empoleon is no longer a penguin, taking on a more humanoid shape, but with the same pose and “outfit”. Its whole body is icy blue, with its “wings” being sharp blade made of ices. The crown on top of is electrified.

Competitive Role: Ampoleon is a very strong wallbreaker with Guts, an incredible offensive typing, and good coverage. It can further boost itself with Swords Dance and heal off any burn damage with Drain Punch. Its decent bulk allows it to take a hit or two if needed. However, its very slow and has an awful defensive typing. Being weak to hazards doesn’t help in the slightest.

Original Pokémon: Blastoise
New Pokémon: Blairtoise

Abilities: Cloud Nine / Aerilate (HA)
Stats: 84 / 68 / 110 / 85 / 100 / 83 | 530
Weight: 78 kg
Movepool Changes:
+ Hurricane, Aeroblast, Air Slash, Thunder, Thunderbolt, Discharge, Volt Switch, Wild Charge, Defog, Whirlwind, Thunder Wave, Spikes

- All Water-type moves except Hydro Pump, Toxic, Refresh, Shell Smash
Flavor: Blastoise becomes a giant flying aircraft, replacing its shell. Its feet have been replaced with rockets, and its head serves as a cockpit. Its shell is now white and blue, along with red limbs and head.
Competitive Role: With Aerilate, Blairtoise has an unblockable Rapid Spin, giving it a distinct niche. It also has various utility such as being a pivot with Volt Switch and hazard setter with Spikes. Its good defensive typing allows it to many offensive Pokémon in the tier like Furant and Zarude. However, its quite passive and is weak to Stealth Rock.

Special Attack:
Original Pokémon: Cursola
New Pokémon: Crysola

Protean / Solid Rock (HA)
Stats: 70 / 55 / 100 / 135 / 120 / 30 | 510
Weight: 81 kg
Movepool Changes:
+ Moonblast, Dazzling Gleam, Fairy Wind, Psyshock, Mystical Fire, Healing Wish, Recover, Trick, Wish
- All Water-type moves, Giga Drain, Strength Sap
Flavor: Becomes a crystal with various bright colors, making up a rainbow! Resembles a sort of tree with a stump at the bottom. However, its shape and face are otherwise identical to Cursola.
Competitive Role: With an incredible movepool, good stats, and Protean, Crysola can serve as a threatening offensive Tank. Its large amount of coverage gives it a tons of different ways to abuse Protean, hitting a lot of targets super-effectively. It can also increase its defensive utility by turning into a more useful typing defensively. It also has a lot of various utility options such as Will-O-Wisp. However, Crysola is extremely slow and has common weaknesses, making it easy to pressure offensively.

Special Defense:
Original Pokémon: Goodra
New Pokémon: Boodra

Immunity / Insomnia / Gooey (HA)
Stats: 90 / 120 / 60 / 90 / 160 / 80 | 600
Weight: 104 kg
Movepool Changes:
+ Phantom Force, Spirit Shackle, Shadow Claw, Shadow Sneak, Knock Off, Throat Chop, Sucker Punch, Pursuit, Shadow Ball, Hex, Dark Pulse, Mystical Fire, Psychic, Curse, Destiny Bound, Nasty Plot, Calm Mind, Trick, Will-O-Wisp
- All Dragon and Water-type moves, Earthquake, Power Whip
Flavor: Goodra but made out of white ghost ectoplasm and goo! Its whole body is a lot more transparent and also has a more scary and less goofy face. Its hair is replaced with black flares.
Competitive Role: Huge special wall and tank with its massive SpD stat. Its defensive typing only gives it a single weakness to Fairy, while also having three important immunities. Having strong STAB moves in Spirit Shackle and Knock Off also helps. However, it lacks any sort of recovery and is more easily killed by physical attackers due to its awful Defense stat. Its typing also has poor synergy offensively.

Original Pokemon: Spectrier
New Pokemon: Searier

Flash Fire
Stats: 100 / 65 / 90 / 75 / 120 / 130 | 580
Weight: 59 kg
Movepool Changes:
+ Overheat, Fire Blast, Flamethrower, Incinerate, Ember, Earth Power, Scorching Sands, Solar Beam, Energy Ball, Flare Blitz, Flame Charge, Earthquake, U-Turn, Sunny Day, Spikes, Stealth Rock, Thunder Wave, Morning Sun
- All Ghost-type moves, Draining Kiss
Flavor: It's now a zebra with red and yellow stripes. Its hair is also made of fire now! Its feet are now completely connected with no ghostly elements.
Role: An incredibly fast support mon with a fantastic typing. Its high bulk and speed make it both a giant pain to take out, and also hard to outspeed, allowing to easily throw out fast Taunts, status conditions, and hazards. Its access to reliable recovery makes it even harder to take out. However, all of this is balanced by its awful SpA stat. It can be boosted with Nasty Plot, but it's not worth it compared to other special attackers and just leaves less room for more utility. Being weak to all the common Grounds and Waters in the metagames does not help in the slightest.

Megatornado: Flying-type Psycho Boost clone.
Height: Same
Flavor / Explanation: Flying (Fog) Regi.
Competitive Role: I was mainly thought about Eject Pack + Regenerator combo, but anaconja said this was broken, so I guess Regen has to go. In case you wonder, the new "gimmick" is that critical will ignore Megatornado's SpA drops.

And the last, but not least...
HP OR Speed? Why not HP AND Speed!
Original Pokemon: Regieleki / Regidrago
New Pokemon: Regidraeki

Abilities: Clear Body | Adaptability (HA)

+ Dragon's Cage: Dragon-type Thunder Cage clone.
+ Electron Energy: Electric-type Dragon Energy clone.
+ Power Shift
Height: Uh.....
Flavor / Explanation: It's obvious, isn't it?
Competitive Role: A fast tank that utilizes its bulk to chip with Thunder/Dragon's Cage. Dragon/Electron Energy with Power Shift aren't something to be underestimated either.

vetoes! gonna make this short

Original Pokemon: Delphox
New Pokemon: Deldoc
Type: Grass/Fairy
Abilities: Natural Cure/Triage
Stats: 80/35/109/100/120/90 (BST 534)
Deldoc's access to priority healing moves makes this a good mon, but it might be too difficult to stop once Poison mons are removed, since Grass/Fairy is a pretty good typing along with its coverage. Suggested to remove 10 to 15 points of HP and put it into Atk. Also, it might be better to change its typing for we already have a Grass/Fairy cleric in Sapras.

Original Pokemon: Hoopa
New Pokemon: Hoopast

Abilities: Protosynthesis
Stats: 85 / 80 / 75 / 100 / 115 / 135
Movepool Changes:
+Moonblast, Dazzling Gleam, Primal Shadow
-Nasty Plot
Flavour: Hoopa but based off of Flutter Mane
Primal Shadow: 80 BP | 100 Acc% |
| If Pokemon is under Protosynthesis boost, boosts the move by 1.3x
specify if Primal Shadow is Special or Physical. that's it tbh

Original Pokemon: Gligar
New Pokemon: Glifart (:eviolite: COMPATIBLE)

Abilities: Wind Power / Poison Touch / Neutralizing Gas(HA)
Stats: 75 / 75 / 115 / 35 / 65 / 65
Weight: 0.2kg
Movepool Changes:
+U-turn, Recover, Mortal Spin
Flavour: It's a farting Gligar LOL
we don't allow nfes or lcs to be changed, so use Gliscor as the counterpart instead. Also, change Glifart's name and flavor as er, it's not appropriate lol

Original Pokémon: Clodsire
New Pokémon: Codfire

Abilities: Flame Body / Volt Absorb / Unaware
Stats: 130 / 45 / 60 / 75 / 100 / 20 (430 BST)
Weight: unchanged
Movepool Changes:
+ Flip Turn, Scald, Water Gun, Whirlpool, Ember, Fire Blast, Fire Spin, Flamethrower, Will-O-Wisp
- all Rock, Ground, and Poison moves except Stealth Rock, Spikes, Toxic Spikes, and Toxic
Flavor/Explanation: A fish resembling Clodsire
its bulk and typing makes it hard to take down, especially when it can attack and burn Ground types on the switch in. Remove Volt Absorb and it'll be fine

Original Pokémon: Cursola
New Pokémon: Crysola

Mythical Gems (This Pokémon boosts all of its stats by 1 when hit by a super-effective move. Can only receive one boost) / Solid Rock (HA)
Competitive Role: Its signature ability backed by an incredible movepool and SpA stat make it a very dangerous Weakness Policy wallbreaker and sweeper. Its high bulk and access to reliable recovery lets it shrug off many super-effective hits. Power Gem/Moonblast/Earth Power is perfect coverage to hit anything it wants to for big damage. Otherwise, it can further boost itself with Calm Mind. Meteor Beam is also an option, although that requires using Power Herb instead of Weakness Policy. However, Crysola is extremely slow and has common weaknesses, making it easy to pressure offensively.

Original Pokémon: Goodra
New Pokémon: Boodra

Immunity / Insomnia / Gooey (HA)
Stats: 90 / 120 / 60 / 90 / 160 / 80 | 600
Weight: 104 kg
Movepool Changes:
+ Poltergeist, Phantom Force, Shadow Claw, Shadow Sneak, Knock Off, Throat Chop, Sucker Punch, Shadow Ball, Hex, Dark Pulse, Mystical Fire, Psychic, Curse, Destiny Bound, Nasty Plot, Calm Mind, Trick, Will-O-Wisp
Having strong STAB moves in Poltergeist and Knock Off also helps. However, it lacks any sort of recovery and is more easily killed by physical attackers due to its awful Defense stat. Its typing also has poor synergy offensively
After discussion, Crysola's signature ability is still too strong despite its slow speed, especially when it's behind screens. (Also the argument of "just use a strong steel move" isn't really solid when almost nothing uses a strong steel move except like, Bullibot or Nabscar. and those two don't get much usage in the first place). Not much to say there except to either adjust or remove the ability entirely.

Boodra's bulk and typing makes this insanely hard to deal with, especially when it has such good STABs. We decided that it'd be best to remove Poltergeist, switch it to Spirit Shackle if needed.
